We will send you a shipping confirmation of your order and you will receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order before 1pm on a working day, you may receive it the next working day. On weekends or public holidays, deliveries are handled on the next working day.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of the delivery?
There will be a first attempt to deliver the product to the address indicated, and if there is no one at home when this happens, the courier will try to get in touch with you directly to try to schedule another delivery at a more suitable time. If on this second attempt the courier doesn't find anyone at home, your parcel will be taken to the depot, where you will be able to go to collect it. If for any reason they weren’t able to get in touch with you, please email us at hello@freshlycosmetics.com so that we can provide you with their contact information or help you with anything you may need.
Can I collect my order at a delivery point?
Of course you can, it's very easy! Before placing your order, choose the DHL delivery point option and select the picking point closest to you.
By choosing this option, you'll receive the same information we send when you make a home delivery, and our logistics company will send you an SMS once your order is ready to be picked up at the picking point you've chosen. Plus you’re making a more sustainable choice!
Plus if you happen to be close to Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia, you can also pick up your order at our Freshly Stores! Just make sure you select that choice when you place your order, and we'll let you know when it's ready to pick up.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If you detect any incorrect information, you can modify it from your client area if the order has not yet left our facilities. If the order has already been prepared, get in touch as soon as possible at hello@freshlycosmetics.com. Keep in mind that if your order has already left our logistics center, this process can also increase the delay in delivery by between 48 and 72 hours. Don't forget to check all the fields before placing an order.
Bank holidays
Here you can find our list of 2022 bank holidays. Please note that no orders will be prepared or shipped on these days, hence the preparation and delivery will be arranged on the following working day. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
